Paccheri

Originating from Campania, Paccheri is a tube-shaped style of pasta. Although similar in shape to rigatoni, Paccheri is smooth instead of ridged, and of a larger diameter and length. It’s tubular shape makes it suitable for baking, stuffed with cheese or tomato sauce. Alternatively, paccheri is excellent in hearty meat dishes, such as ragu.
