Domenico Santo ‘s passion about Sardinian culinary tradition and deep knowledge of Italian cousin ran wide throughout his family. Since a very young age has always nurtured a passion for Bakery, confectionary and fresh pasta making.
Being in Ireland since 2002, he worked with several international recognized chefs, which allowed him to further broaden his culinary knowledge in an international setting.
In 2015 he made his dream come through starting his fresh pasta and pastry workshop in the hearth of Dublin in the so called Italian quarter, which finally in 2021 became Pasta Santo.
Sourcing the best available products directly from Italy, Pasta Santo is now producing not only different fresh pasta and ravioli, but also, an extensive selection of classic Italian confectionary ranging from croissants, cakes, patisserie mignon and seasonal products like Christmas panettoni or Easter eggs Colombe.
We are happy to say that Pasta Santo’s team is recently growing with the arrival of young talented pastry chef Andrea Ascione from Naples. and the expert pasta maker Manuel whatever from where ever. Together with Domenico they are always looking for new ideas and flavours to share with all of you.
